QM (Quality Management
We test the requested geometric and force-specific requirements.
These include spring length, spring diameter, wire diameter, and spring force for compression springs. For torsion springs, the spring angle, leg angle, spring diameter, wire diameter, and torque are measured.
For stamped and bent parts, all geometric dimensions are measured.
Testing is carried out using optical measuring systems or common measuring instruments such as micrometers or calipers. To verify force-specific requirements, force/displacement test scales or torsion meters are used.
Our QA standards are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and the Automotive Core Tools, which are bundled in the MAQMSR.
