  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of server request
  • IP address

Inquiries by email, phone, or fax

If you contact us by email, phone, or fax, your inquiry, including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We will not share this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), if this was requested; consent can be revoked at any time.

The data you transmit to us via contact inquiries will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for storage, or the purpose for data storage ceases to apply (e.g., after your request has been fully processed). Mandatory legal provisions – especially statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

Applicant Data

If you submit your application to us, we process the data provided to us to fulfill our (pre-)contractual obligations within the scope of the application process. If your application is successful, we will continue to process the data for the purpose of establishing the employment relationship.

If your application is not successful, we will delete your data after a maximum of six months. The storage until then serves to answer any questions regarding the application process and to fulfill our obligations to provide evidence under the AGG. If you withdraw your application, we will delete your data immediately.
